Amazing product and excellent service from Amazon. I don't know how I carried my 70-200 without this monopod! It makes carrying the camera, with batterygrip and the 70-200 mm 2.8 so easy!! I do alot of walking around when I shoot highschool baseball games and this makes it so much easier for me.I mount the camera on the monopod and work anywhere 3-6 hours with it and really do not feel the burden of carrying 8 pounds of equipment all day. Highly recommended for anyone that has a 70-200 or any telephoto other prime (i.e.300mm, 400mm). Has made my life a whole lot easier!.
